Upon a service call request, a specialized service technician is dispatched to inspect your equipment. A thorough diagnostic of the unit (s) is performed and many times a repair is possible on the spot. If one or several parts have failed we will order in a timely and efficient manner your replacement parts and will provide you a second or same day service depending on your needs. A warranty look-up is always performed to verify whether your unit is still under warranty and the parts are ordered, upon the client’s approval.
